How We Got Here

Propulsion Pilates was founded in 2005 in order to support and foster the sense of community with people looking for a mindful approach to fitness. Each year we strive to offer our clients the best Pilates repertoire possible. At Propulsion Pilates we stay at the forefront of Pilates. 


Our goal is to build strength, flexibility, and endurance with this innovative workout. Pilates, cardio, and strength elements are combined to create a total body experience. We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Propulsion Pilates provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.

CLASSES WE OFFER

GROUP EQUIPMENT PILATES

This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. This class integrates exercises on the Reformer, Wunda chair, arm chair, wall unit, and mat to help participants regain control of their body and mind.

PRIVATE PILATES

A private session allows a one on one approach to learning the Pilates method. These sessions are tailored to the participants needs.
