ABOUT US
We’ve been a practicing Pilates Studio since 2005. Our studio goal is to inspire and uplift. We offer top quality Pilates training in a group class setting and one-on-one, however, our studio culture doesn’t solely focus on the physical benefits. We believe that finding a deeper connection to oneself and to others, fostering self-love, and teaching confident and empowered movement is a big part of what makes our approach work.
The foundation of our studio combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and body awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. At Propulsion Pilates, we use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.
